The homes we sell are updated and remodeled. We try to remodel the homes so that you can move in without needing to do the normal "make ready". Our homes have new flooring, texture, and paint. We intend to remodel to a standard well above the FHA required limits.

You do not need to find your own mortgage company or pay Realtor fees. You are working directly with the Seller and there are no commissions involved.

We have been involved with the numerous first time home buyer programs in the Fort Worth and surrounding Tarrant County area. In fact, we actually proposed the initial first time home buyer program offered by the City of Fort Worth.

Sometimes the government programs are time consuming and difficult to use. In this case, we offer programs from our office directly to our buyers in order to make the closings go smoother and enable you to close more quickly.
